I've been shopping at this Lowe's for the past 10 years. It's a Monday a 10am. The parking lot is empty and so is the store. There's employees socializing in the last chance clearance patio furniture area. Bud in the paint dept is on the internet. I inquire about stain for the outdoor fence. He shows me where it is. So far, it's good. Then, I'm looking at an indoor stain that I used 10 years ago. Bud tells me that it's for indoor use. I replied, I know. I used it 10 years ago and it's lasted this long. I'm kinda cheap. He said I would have to use a top coat. I said I didn't last time. He turns around and throws his arms up in the air! It got worst. I asked him about adding color to the base stains. He attitude was very condescending. Also, he asked if I've use stain before. Apparently, he forgot that he threw his arms up in the air post using indoor stain conversation . That was it. I said thank you and walked away. I went to the customer service desk and asked to speak to a manager. I hear, "do you want me to call another manager?". Sheesh. I walked out. At the exit door threshold the manager is there asking if I'm the one that wanted to speak to a manager. She was on a register, etc.
1. She should have said, tell the customer I'll be there as soon as possible, I'm on a register.
2. Bud should realize that my potential $30 in sales was going towards his paycheck.
