  • While shopping for my friends wedding I went to their registry and selected Belgique Hard Anodized 11 Piece Cookware Set, but when I went to check out the price did not match. My check out price verses my cart price was over $20 higher ($20 plus tax) I called customer service and had to argue with them for 20 minutes and let the representative know she was being recorded (love that app) before they would even try to be helpful. Finally they honored the advertised price but not until I pushed the issue pretty hard. VERY UNHAPPY with my experiance with Macy's.
