On their website they have an entire page dedicated to the importance of thorough blood testing. My wife and I asked for a full blood panel with cholesterol and thyroid. After being treated with an unbelievable level of disrespect and asked repeatedly "well is anything wrong with you? Then why are you getting this test done?" The physician finally agreed to do the tests we requested.
Their turn around was speedy, credit where credit is due. My results were back in 3 days (Saturday-Tuesday).
However when they called and informed me of my results they simply said "your cholesterol is at XXX" and got me off the phone as fast as possible. After looking into the testing levels I discovered that my number was borderline on being alarmingly high, something they did not even mention to me. I called back for further questions regarding the LDL vs HDL and was informed that they did not have the break down, just the total number. I asked about my thyroid number and they gave it to me with no explanation and informed me that was all the information they had.
Save your money. Unless you are dying just wait it out and see your physician. It's clear that this is an extreme case of corporatized healthcare with no thought given to patient well being or quality of service. For their "professional tests" I could have bought an at-home kit and saved myself the money and trouble of dealing with them.
