  • I have an angel and his name is Joe. He is the owner. All I can say is this man made me cry today. They got here this morning as promised right on time. They immediately saw the problem even before they rang my doorbell. Anyway, after no less than 3 1/2 hours of digging, they finally found the problem about 3-4 feet down. I might add that the digging was done by hand with shovels due to it being so close to my foundation. Let me start by saying that we are in the process of fixing items from a home inspection. There wasn't many items, however, all of the items could have been very expensive. At the same time my dishwasher went out, my dryer went out, the air conditioner decided it didn't want to cool along with many many other minor money draining things. So a plumbing issue was the last thing I needed to add to my hemorrhaging money issues going on. At about 1:00, my angel rings the doorbell telling me they were done. I was expecting, due to the time, and labor that was involved, also due to my past experiences with plumbers, a bill in the area of $2000. Imagine then being handed a bill for about 1/4 of that!! I don't understand how this business does not have 5 stars across the board. I will NEVER use another plumbing service again after the awesome customer service and a business owner who could have gouged me, but actually has a conscious and a heart. Its like he said, "I need to be able to look at myself in the mirror everyday". Not many business owners left like this in Vegas anymore. Thank you Joe. You have no idea what you have done for my family today.
