  • DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE. I have been getting my nails done religiously since I was 17 years old (I'm 23 now) and it is very rare for me to break a nail. I got my nails done on a Friday and the same day my thumb nail broke. Then with in the next couple of days, 3 other nails on the same hand broke. I called and made an APPOINTMENT and when I asked if she needed my name she said "no, I remember"... So I walk in 10 mins before my appointment time and they ask me to COME BACK IN AN HOUR and it wasn't even busy. Mind you, I am very respectful and nice when it comes to customer service since I work in retail. So after days of looking crazy with 4 broken nails on my right hand, I didn't give attitude or anything, I just said ok and left. I'm now at pink nail salon getting them fixed. Never in my life have I had such a problem with a nail place. First and last time I will ever go there. Do not waste your time. Very cheap work, clearly.
