rev:text	I purchased a groupon to get my carpets cleaned. They were supposed to come between 4-6pm. They called at 5pm to let me know that the guy that was supposed to come clean them, his truck broke down and I would have to reschedule. Then I called Sir Carpet and told them I can not reschedule, my husband is in iraq and I didnt have anyone to come back out to help me move furniture. (the do not like most companies move your furniutre for you) They called one of their contract employees and he called stating he was on his way at 6pm. The contract employee told me that they told him he was going to shea and the 101. I informed him that i did not live there and that i lived 45 minutes north of there. The contractor was mad and complained that he didnt want to drive that far and that sir carpet told him it was closer. He finally agreed to come out. He was supposed to be there by 7 but showed up at 830 after he told me he was pulled over by the cops. He also told me he couldnt talk to me via cell phone because it was charging him $1 a minute. When he arrived at my house he was completely unprepared and didnt have any slips to give me a receipt, I ended up signing a blank piece of paper. He talked me into upgrading to the BEST package they had. After he left I was wiping up the concrete floors with a white towel and the towel came up BLACK not brown but BLACK. Then I decided to wipe the carpets and see what would come up, BLACK again. When I called Ashley the owner she was very rude and not helpful at all. She told me I paid 89 for the groupon and $450 additonal for their premier (ya right) pacakge and she would not refund me even though nothing was cleaned. This company is not only the worst carpet cleaning service in the valley but also the WORST customer service. DO NOT USE them and if you do plan on a horrible experience.
