  • The store is new, clean, and orderly. The staff, however, made my family's visit to view the Model 3...ultimately unpleasant. The staff are not kid friendly. They made my wife feel unwelcome, while she watched our kids as I looked around. One rep literally just walked away from me after I commented about the low ceiling in the 3rd row of the X. Another rep stopped talking to me after I told him I didn't have a reservation in for the 3. What could easily have been a fun, pleasant experience, was not.
