I fail to see the value in this restaurant. Management seems unable to figure out how to schedule wait staff. On a recent coerced visit there were 40 - 50 people waiting outside to be seated in an empty restaurant. We were told the servers weren't scheduled to start for another half-hour. How absurd! The responsible manager should have been terminated immediately.
Prices are extremely high for the quality and quantity of food served. Simply put, this is a chain restaurant that is trying to be upscale; and failing miserably. Service is slow, the wait staff have way too many tables; the bartenders are Chili/Applebee quality but with upscale bar pricing.
The recent salmonella episode at the restaurant adds to my "never again" attitude.
