I must say- I'm a huge fan.
New studio, very clean (especially the locker rooms which is important to me) and the classes are no joke.
I'm a huge fitness fanatic but I never seem to have enough time in the day so I make sure my workouts count. I left here DRENCHED.
I signed up for their introductory special- $30 for 30 days. So far I have only gone to two classes, but they were both killer. Focused interval training (FIT) and Barefoot Bootcamp. I think that Barefoot Bootcamp was more my style, but they were both heavy cardio mixed with weights and building your core. These classes really push you to the limit.
The only thing I would change is, I'm very knowledgeable in the gym but I recently starting going to studios so I'm not familiar with a lot of the "poses" and "moves". They don't really explain them, I think they just assume you know them (which most do) but not us beginners.
Also, the class schedule is very limited. I appreciate the 6 am Barefoot Bootcamp class, but they don't really offer any mid day classes. It can be very challenging to make a class depending on your work schedule.
They are a little pricier than other studios around town- $79 a month if you do autopay. However, you definitely get your money's worth if you're schedule works with their class times. They also provide towel service along with shampoo and conditioner in the showers.
Definitely check it out for yourself and try their $30 for 30 if you're considering it!
