  • Polish Me Pretty (PMP) is clean and a cute atmosphere, and there is always someone at the front who speaks English well which is nice to make appointments and check out with. I would have given PMP 5 stars+ about 4-6 months ago. However, my mom and I didn't have the best experience here last time, and my mom had a bad experience the month before (she had someone who was allergic to the products she was using and kept sneezing while doing her pedicure). In addition to the service aspect, prices went up a bit and they have stopped doing their punch cards. I also see less and less OPI polish every time I come in. I like OPI's quality compared to China Glaze, and almost every bottle is now China Glaze. **Service Note**- Lynn is the best! My mom and I will come back if we get appointments with her. PMP used to be always packed (could never get a quick walk in, but that was a good sign of how great they were) so we always made reservations. This particular day, PMP was not very full; weekends are usually packed. I made reservations for 3:30, arrived at 3:25, and right about 4PM someone finally started on our pedis. While I appreciate they got the tubs ready for us, I had to request the water be hotter after waiting for over 20 minutes. Another woman (in addition to my mom) was also there w/ a reservation and had been waiting a long time also had to request the same. I was given attitude when I just stated at almost 4 that we needed to leave by five, and was given a "Yea- we're doing it now" and then someone came over to us. I got poked in the toe pretty bad (which is the first time that's happened here, and it wasn't by Lynn). Actual polish looked good, along with callus remover. We got express pedis due to time. My mother in law is a frequent customer and is also noticing the increase in negative aspects- when I complained about our experience she said "Same thing happened last time I went there- so sad!". So PMP- please take note that people are noticing whatever changes you guys have been implementing!
