  • They over-promise and under-deliver. The cost is something like $400 for a year and they come once in a while to spray around the yard. I have to call and specifically schedule for them to come into my house to treat bugs, otherwise they would not spray indoors at all. Whatever they are using does not seem to work at all. We kept having an influx of various bugs in our house (from many kinds of spiders to roaches to silverfish to ants to stink bugs and everything else) and a terrible carpenter ant problem outside. For this whole year, we are continuing to see spiders inside and still had all the above bugs during the warmer months. The only thing I can say is when the guys arrive, they are always nice and always treat whatever areas we request. However, we are paying for pest control, not friendly acquaintances, and their products do not work. We will not be renewing our contract or referring anyone to Sage Pest Control.
