  • When relocating from San Francisco last month I created a cheat sheet comparing amenities, price, location, and overall value and this place ranked #1 across Phoenix, Arcadia, and Scottsdale. I wasn't sure if this complex would live up to my own hype, but it has not disappointed. Alyssa and Jordan are HANDS DOWN the best front office I have ever seen. My first 2 weeks I walked into the office to ask personal questions about where to eat, best nightlife, coffee shops to work at and they are the FRIENDLIEST staff who have treated me like family. If you're reading this Broadstone, thank you for an awesome living experience. (best I've ever had). Also...the 24 hour spa/pool: I wasn't sure if it would be it would be loud at night, but everyone here is so respectful I have not been bothered by noise once.
