The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Helen was absolutely no help. My best friend and I were considering this as a place to live and our initial interaction with the staff here was no less than mediocre. When we walked in we did not receive much information other than what we asked. We made an appointment for the next day to get more informed on the property. When we arrived on time, we were not greeted. I had to physically walk into someone's glass office to get some help. Helen had no recollection of why we were there or or that we had an appointment that she booked. In front of the both of us, she said "Okay let's do this real quick" and basically expressed that she was just trying to leave for the day. The "tour" of the apartment was not informative. She did not show us around or provide information on the unit, she even turned some lights off as we were still looking around. We did not receive any information about the amenities the property has to offer the tenants, we did not tour the club house or pool. This tour with Helen was very absurd and inconclusive and would no longer consider Evo as a potential home based off of this experience.
