  • The customer service is horrible. You walk into the store, five employees standing together look at you, don't ask if you need anything or can they assist you. The prices here are a rip off. Most items are priced $2-$4 higher than the competition for the exact same item. They do have a good selection of hardware, but usually nobody that wants to help you. Lack of management?
