  • If I could give this place no stars I would. If you have loved ones there take them out and run. I've had nothing but nightmares there.My sister was a patient until today when I took her out of there. The nurses are an absolute nightmare. They did not like my sister or me because they were neglecting her and I would not stand for it, so they purposely made her pain medicines late by an hour or more, they made her lay in her urine for an hour or more. When I started complaining about the care or lack of is when the problems started getting worse. My daughter went there to visit my sister on Saturday and over heard the nurses talk bad about me and my sister.My sister's call light was unplugged so she could not call a nurse. The nurses lied to my daughter about when her pain shot was due. When she called them out on their lie they all of a sudden couldn't find jet nurse. Jeni the executive director worked with me as well as Terry the case manager to get the problems solved but as soon as they left for the day or weekend the nurses did what they wanted to do which was neglect my sister because I'm such a " bitch" and yes my sister heard them call me that. I'm a bad person because I want my sister to have good care? When the parents are gone the children act up and that's how this hellhole is. I can almost guarantee you that not one of these nurses will be reprimand for anything. They will allow their evil ways to go unpunished. I pulled her out of that hospital today and if I could sue for neglect and abuse I sure would. Do not go there. They don't care about your loved ones. If only they were in my sister's shoes with a loved one they would know. But they're heartless and uncaring. They need their nurses licenses revoked !!!!
