  • I usually go to the same nail salon but I decided to try this place & It honestly was the fastest-sloppiest gel manicure i have ever received. I decided that i would not complain while i was there but call back and speak to the Manager T whom was nice and polite over the phone, She told me to come back later in the day and they would look at my nails and she would fix them herself. When i arrived for the 2nd time that day her and an older man looked at my nails and both proceeded to say "oh they don't look that bad", "oh they look ok", "Its because your cuticles" REALLY? i got a manicure so the nail tech should of cleaned my cuticles! I work hard for my money and when i decide to try new places, I expect them to give me the best service possible so for them so say "They look ok" Is not ok with me.
