We have always loved coming to the Exchange for our movies and music for the great prices and service. However this last visit is making Amazon look better and better. For the record, we are of the baby boomer generation and (I would hope) don't look like shop lifters. The locking and unlocking of the cabinet has always been a pain, as I browse a lot and most time don't come in with anything particular in mind. First you have to find a staff person to unlock a case. Then they stood right there breathing down my neck while I browsed. It was VERY irritating and made me feel extremely rushed. I barely had a choice made when the case was locked and then 3 minutes later I had to find someone else to open another case which took about 10 minutes because it was busy and both staff persons were "guarding" other patrons. Needless to say, we cut short our visit and it's unlikely I will be back as the shopping experience was NOT enjoyable at all.
