  • I am in from out of town for the week and wanted to do some yoga. I needed to know if their yin class was open to prenatal clients or if their instructors were prenatal certified. I called the studio during their open hours and got no answer. It was just across the street from my hotel so I walked over and main door was locked. There was another door with the same address so I walked in that door. A client pointed me in the direction of the front desk which I found unattended. I sat down and when the front desk person returned she asked me how I got in and I explained. She told me that the door was "locked for a reason" and I should never go through the other door. Before I could explain she rudely told me to take of my shoes. I told her I was leaving. Poor customer service here.
