  • I came in a couple weeks ago for a travel consultation, and met with the nurse and the doctor because I had some questions about whether I needed any vaccines to go to Thailand. I was a little hesitant to visit this clinic after seeing some of the reviews, but as it turns out, I had a very pleasant experience! They introduced me to the new nurse they hired and she was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I don't feel like my appointment was rushed at all and I appreciate the fact that the nurse took as much time as she felt necessary to answer all my questions and to give the proper recommendations. The doctor popped in at the end and approved all the recommendations but most of the appointment is with the nurse. Overall I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone travelling, they have greatly improved on their customer service and I'm glad they have hired a new nurse because I read bad reviews on the previous nurse. I will definitely be coming back to this clinic as I plan on doing more volunteer work abroad and I feel well prepared coming out of that clinic that I have all the necessary information and treatment/vaccines required to travel.
