Well, in terms of platform assignments and such it's not too bad. They schedule the busiest routes closest to the indoor waiting area which is good.
However, the terminal itself is small considering the traffic it gets during peak periods. During the height of rush (between 5:15 to 5:45ish), it might take about 5-10 minutes just to exit the terminal due to the high traffic along Yonge or Bishop. The good thing, however, is that there's a diamond lane on Yonge which restricts traffic to mainly buses, taxis, or cars with 3+ people.
There's also a hot dog stand (their hot dogs are quite decent by the way), a taxi stand, Gateway Newstands, and a bunch of flying rats feeding off bread cumbs from people walking by.
