  • Melanie the manager in this place sucks. They do not work with customers at all. I realize this is a thrift store but when your trying to sell something, in this case shoes and you bring the 2nd shoe out from the. Ack and it looks like crud with scuff marks and dirt that won't come out of the shoes the manager should do the proper thing and give an additional discount to move the product. Every other thrift store does the same thing whe. Something is priced that high when there's that many flaws on a product. Don't try and sell the product for the retail price either and then not work with a customer on pricing or discounts. I've spent a lot of good money in that store and that ends today there are much better non profit thrift stores in the area that I can go to. I would suggest some reorganization and get some good buyers and work with customers in certain circumstances and Melanie needs to learn some customer service skills lastly when you tell me it's a final sale that doesn't work for me even goodwill and other thrift stores will give store credit if something's not acceptable. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the older sales ladies were nice
