If Yelp allowed me to rate a "0", I would. I subscribed 2 weeks ago for the Wednesday and Saturday delivery. Out of 4 delivery dates thus far, 1 paper has arrived. I would assume that it is not The Arizona Republic's fault when a paper isn't delivered by a delivery boy/girl, but how they are unable to redeliver the paper the same day is beyond me. I don't want Sunday's paper on Tuesday. I don't want Wednesday's paper on Thursday or Friday. The point is they should have a department that does nothing but redeliver papers when people were missed on that day's delivery. The AZ Rep did credit my account, but that would be anybody's expectation. If they miss tomorrow's Sunday delivery, I am definitely cancelling.
