  • DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!! Take heed, fellow Yelp'ers. This place also goes by the name U-Save, and is a complete sham. The owner/manager, Laurie Shebs is a flat out crook. I rented a car for 24-hours, and it was broken down for over half that time. Would even start. It was a Sunday, and Laurie wasn't available, so the employee wouldn't do anything about the broken car until she talked with Laurie. I never got a call back, and only by asking a friend to come fix the car was I able to get it returned. After almost a month of trying to get a refund and not getting any response, I've disputed the charge with my credit card company. I provided cell phone records and eye witness accounts to back-up the facts, and Ms. Shebs simply refused to hear reason. They rent horrible cars and provide zero customer service. PLEASE LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE - STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Pay an extra few bucks at Hertz or Avis - it's worth it.
