  • Without regular limit hold em players that keeps game going everyday, pretty sure this place will be closed. Yet, they treat regular players like dirt. Dealers are always right here even when they make mistakes. God forbid you make a complaint to manager they will kick you out of room. Its like shut up and just play and tip us and get out of here. If you dont tip the dealer its a capital crime here. This place is about tip and tip only. Tip oriented not customer oriented. You earn your comp but when you want to withdraw from your comp you have to tip the shift manager $5. If you dont, you get dirt bag treatment. Floor person bring you chips they expect a tip at least $5. If you don't they will rule against you when ruling time comes. Dealers care only about tips. Make many mistakes and rude behavior. Only about 10% of poker room employees are truly professional and proud to work for bellagio and represent bellagio as advertised. I think its about time bellagio poker room start putting customers first before employees. After all no customers=no employees
