  • Worst Medical Facility! I went in for an xray. As soon as I got in the room, the tech introduced her name again while she was busy looking at her phone (Naomi). She asked me what brought me here and as soon as I started telling her my symptoms, she kept looking at her phone and ask me to repeat again. It seems that her phone is more important than my presence there. She then asked my name again and birthday which annoyed me because she already verified it from the beginning. There was a loud laughter in the background as well throughout the entire examination. You would think that this is a professional environment. It is ok to have fun at work but loud laughters where patients could hear them laughing can be very annoying. I will never come back to this facility again. No star for this site!!!
