rev:text	I would have never heard of Alter Ego if my friend hadn't given me her groupons for a one hour massage and one hour facial. My first experience at Alter Ego was better than my second but overall Alter Ego isn't convenient to where I live and there was nothing special that would make me drive back out here or pay for a service. My first visit was for my facial which I thought was very relaxing but I've never had one before so I'm not sure what to compare it to. The spa overall is huge they have just about every service you can think of so if you are looking to get your hair done, nails, massage etc. this might be the place for you. I didn't find the atmosphere here that cozy though. My massage was my second visit I was told that the last client showed up 15 min. late and so in return my appointment would be late. I don't really understand this logic if you show up 15 minutes late for your appointment then your massage should be 45 minutes not an hour. I showed up 15 minutes early why should I be punished? I didn't even get in the room till 6pm and my appt, was at 5:15pm thanks for telling me they were running late but you should do something more to accommodate your customers. When I was waiting for 40min. I asked how much longer it would be and the receptionist just looked at me and said I told you - you were going to have to wait. Umm I'm the customer sorry but waiting 45minutes is ridiculous and I wasn't the only customer waiting. I will give them a little pass considering it seems to be the trend that most businesses can't keep up with the amount of business that groupon brings in, but isn't the whole point of groupon to get repeat business?
