  • I called for an highlight appointment with Olaplex. My appointment was booked and then I received a call that they had to rebook me the following day as the initial appointment wasn't with a stylist that uses Olaplex. When I arrived for my appointment and spoke to the rebooked stylist, she told me she does not use Olaplex. I could have gone somewhere else had I known yesterday. I have an important life event that I wanted to look my best for. I am upset at the sloppiness of the booking receptionist. The stylist offered a conditioning treatment and blowout as a compensation...I understand it was not her fault...but I went ahead and left as I was about to cry. Not happy and I certainly would not come back.
