  • After an accident, I had a short time to buy a new car. I went into this dealership and told them exactly what I wanted and my absolute price cap. I also told them, I didn't mind buying a few years used to get the options I wanted. After some very high pressure to stay and wait and talk to the manager, Fadi, a vehicle was pulled around for me to test drive. It was beautiful car and I was surprised it would be in my price range. I kept being told, "We're working on it". Waited a VERY long time and they finally handed me a sheet of paper that was $7k OVER my walk out the door number. Are you kidding me? They wasted close to 2.5 hours of my time. I am only giving them the extra star because I did get a very nice apology from Fadi this morning which he didn't have to do, and I appreciated.
