  • I've come to this salon for awhile and have normally received good service. However today I walked in to get my hair cut and not one person acknowledged me. I sat in their lobby and waited. One person was cutting someones hair. One was combing her brushes. I sat and waited some more. Still nothing. A woman walks in and the hair dresser who had been combing her brushes approaches her and asks "hair cut?" The woman responds and says she has an appointment and the hair dresser than walks away STILL NOT ACKNOWLEDGING ME. I waited for twenty minutes. I was beyond furious and left.
