Poor Customer Service.
I booked an appointment to go and test drive a car and then go ahead with hit if the numbers worked. When I arrived I was surprised to see the car I wanted to buy buried in the back of the showroom. " We will work out the numbers first and then if we agree on everything and you leave a deposit we can drive it" - I said no problem, although I drove 45minutes with the impression the car would be outside for me to see and drive it. This should have been mentioned on the phone. IT then took a half an hour just to get a simple value on my trade in, then I was suddenly introduced to someone else to go through the numbers, no details of course on interest rates or terms, just the longest term with a bi-weekly payment. Btw just 5min before that i even had to ask to just unlock the car to sit in it, I was literally not told one thing about the car before getting an appraisal done and giving me the pricing. I can go online and get the wholesale value then workout the terms on financing calculator myself. If I had the chance to get excited about the car and be informed I may have been able to justify the decision, instead I did not even want to negotiate. Afterwards I sent an email to each person, no reply, and 0 follow up. I have a new car parked in my underground parking, and it's not from Villiage Luxury Cars. You have to earn the business guys, not just buy metal and push some buttons on your computer.
