| - Maybe I'm just spoiled by the ease of Logan airport access in Boston, but I wasn't totally blown away by the Airport Express bus. It's decent and cheaper than a cab but it'd be a stretch to call it a pleasure to take. Then again, trips to the airport are rarely cause for celebration -- so take the 3 star review with a grain of salt.
Leaving from the Hilton downtown, it was sweet to be able to hop right on a bus across the street, but it was less sweet to drive circuitously around downtown Toronto stopping at every other hotel in the area.
Booking online was easy - and was a 10% savings, as promised - but waiting for the driver to radio in confirmation numbers, even though there was a tablet PC connected to the onboard WiFi sitting at the front of the bus, seemed a bit backwards.
I was way early for my flight, but watching the slow confirmation number and multi-stop process would be absolute torture had I been cutting it closer on time.
Once we were all checked in and out of downtown Toronto, the bus was very solid, though -- WiFi was nice and fast, power worked, and the bus was clean and quick.
