  • I have taken my car to Big O Tires on different occasions, but most recently, I simply got my oil changed. When I picked my car up, their "normal oil changer" had left for the day and they didn't know how to reset my oil light/mileage. They were very unprofessional in handling the situation. They said that I could come back the next morning and they would reset it for me. They did not even try to look it up before telling me that they couldn't get it to reset. I got back into my car, looked it up on YouTube, and was able to figure out how. I did it myself in their parking lot! I couldn't believe what unprofessional service I received. They couldn't simply reset my oil light themselves because their normal guy had left for the day...
