  • Sent a message to the company late on Friday and received a reply within 30 minutes. Justin came out the following Tuesday afternoon. He inspected the freezer and figured out what was wrong fairly quickly. He advised us on what was needed to fix it, which was very reasonable. He ordered the part that was needed and said it would be delivered Thursday and he could come back out on Friday. Received a phone call late this afternoon (Thursday) letting me know the part was in and he could swing by and put it in if ok since it was already 5pm. Told him no problem and he arrived within 30 minutes, fixed the part and my freezer is working again. He also fixed the seal around my freezer door without charging us for it. He is very personable and professional. Would not hesitate to call him again for any appliance issues.
