  • Took my laptop (my baby and the basis of my livelihood) here in a hurry to deal with potential water inside. They said they were going to open it up, gave me a $150 invoice, and sent me on my way. When I pressed for timing and expectation, they were dismissive and did not seem to grasp any sense of urgency.. informing me that it was basically closing time so there wasn't much they could do. I called another local shop that was open later, they were friendly and transparent, only charged me $50 to take a look, and opened it up right in front of me. Don't be fooled by shops like this... regardless of your tech knowledge, service and standards still matter.
