  • An update on a second visit was a negative experience with Adam. Backtrack to the first visit Adam was helpful in choosing the right accessories to protect my new iphone- but also to note he also upsold me with many accessories I purchased and made a great sale. During the first visit when I asked if he could help set up my phone he said they do not do that at the store. When my husband went separately with his new iPhone and was assisted by Raoul- Raoul took complete care setting up the phone along with accessories. Based on my husband's visit and getting all needs met, which Adam did not do, I, returned a 2nd time to see Raoul to also attempt to help me with phone set up, that Adam initially refused to do. On 2nd visit I happened to see Adam & explain, he responded by stating he could only help with set up during the initial visit- which he initially refused to do. A different story which contradicted his first?! He seemed somewhat perturbed that I came in to attempt to ask with a different unprofessional demeanor this time. Also during the second visit, I inquired about the IPad when Adam informed me that Apple did not sell all models that Sprint did, which I found odd. When I questioned why Apple would not sell all models of their own product, Adam responded directly--"don't buy the iPad from apple buy it from us". Now even more uncomfortable & taken aback I left shortly thereafter and went straight to the Apple Store. The result - all IPhone set up needs were met and after being shown ALL IPad models, with a very helpful Apple sales associate who was a gentleman and complete professional, I purchased on the spot. Advice- stop trying to "sell" people and lie. Instead help people and it will take your career in sales much farther.
