We've taken both of our cars to Buddy's a few times now, in the last year. They've done everything from oil changes to new brakes and rotors. And this most recent job they did for us will be their last.
I would think that customer loyalty would be important to them, but I can tell you it absolutely isn't. This latest go round, we needed a new battery and new brakes/rotors. They then quoted us a price that was practically DOUBLE what Airpark quoted us. Really? You've serviced both of our cars multiple times and are still trying to take us for a ride? (no pun intended). Buddy's quoted us something like $350 for new brakes/rotors. Airpark? $185-$190...that's a HUGE difference and as soon as we called Buddy's to see if they'd match it, they immediately agreed. Meaning, they were just trying to make an extra $160 on repeat customers.
Pretty bad business practice. We'll be taking all of our future business to Airpark.
