  • It's hard to describe mac and cheese, but what I will say is that it's so good, I scout out where it will be. The truck travels around the city and the suburbs and brings phenomenal mac and cheese. The menu has different specials that change depending on the day. The mac consists of soft elbow macaroni, creamy yellow almost white cheese, and toppings- depends what you're in the mood for, I think the veggies are always delicious. The portions are pretty large. I get a small and it's more than a meal for me. It is a must try when you track it down, and a bonus is they have some interesting drinks like Mexican Coca-Cola to wash it all down.
