  • Can whoever trains the employees at this CVS please take over the training for ALL retail in America? I came in here twice during a visit to Phoenix and the employees here are so helpful! I came in at 11pm to buy snacks and was pleasantly greeted as we walked in and the cashier at the counter was really friendly. Then I returned before my flight at 5am to buy tampons and again I was greeted at the door and asked if they could help me find anything. Tampons on aisle 19 and this made my morning so much easier because I didn't need to aimlessly search for what I needed. It all seems so simple, but as we all know, good customer service is not. And at 5am?! Well that's just miraculous!
