  • I get a really bad feeling about this place after the several experiences I've had there. Oil changes seemed to go ok. But everything else they've done it's always left me feeling, well, a little dirty. It seems like every conversation or interaction the prices changed, always in the upward direction, by when I finally got there to pick up the car, despite what I'd been quoted the repair should cost. At least twice the diagnoses came back wrong and after further inspection they found that the problem was actually something else! though that did not stop them from suggesting the wrong high-dollar repair based on each of the two incorrect diagnoses. Whether it was spark plugs or something more costly, I was always upsold to do them ALL as preventive measure. Finally, I think their prices are ridiculous. You'll notice in the fine print they don't use a standard labor rate they essentially can charge whatever they want for labor. Thankfully there are sites like repairpal.com or maybe a dealership that will at least give you a decent estimate of what you should be expecting. I'm not planning on going back.
