Brutal customer service. As a former discount brokerage employee in Toronto myself, this operation is amateur hour. After losing my call during a hold they placed me on, the employee did not call back to verify if the transaction was complete or not. I called back, waiting another long 10 minutes to speak to the supervisor Lareau who after getting cussed out by me, asked if I wanted to be hung up on again. Of course I told him to go fuck himself! *click* Oh well, off to Interactive Brokers!
