This is about the observation deck:
The views are awesome and it's great to be able to walk around the entire deck and see all of the different areas of the strip and surrounding area. We got to see the Bellagio fountains go off from up top and it's a very different view than the one you'll get at street level. From that height you can really appreciate the technical aspect of the show.
The only downfall was the caging. While I got some awesome photos from sticking my phone into holes that are cut into the caging, taking photos of yourself or with friends with strip views in the background is pretty much impossible. We got a lot better photos of us AND the view when we were on the High Roller at The Link.
Pros: great views, especially of the Bellagio fountain show from above. Open air, which is very different than the air conditioned High Roller.
Cons: not air conditioned and it can get HOT up there. We avoided that by going at sunset, so it wasn't as horribly hot. Cages make it hard to take good photos that aren't just scenery ones.
