  • I'm only compelled to write reviews when I horrible or exceptional service. This is a good story! I called this morning to see if someone could come out after 4:30, my service guy Kenny showed up at 4:35. He found the issue in 10 minutes and offered to repair it now, he had everything he needed to replace the old fuse box disconnect that was worn beyond repair. I figured if my bill was $300 or less I'd be fine with it, it was $275. I've used Bruce's for years and they never cease to impress me.
