  • A few months ago I was involved in a pretty bad accident in my Mazda 3. My insurance company sent my vehicle to a Service King in Chandler. Service King wanted to repair my incredibly damaged vehicle, I was a little suspect as the airbag had deployed, and it was a pretty violent collision. Everyone that saw the pics agreed, the vehicle was a loss. In addition I was worried about the reviews Service King had received. My fears were substantiated after speaking with their representatives on the phone. When I questioned the repair and indicated I was looking to have a 2nd opinion, they immediately told me that I needed to get my car out of their shop as it was taking up space. I looked up auto body shops in the East Valley and ended up finding Impact Auto. The reviews were stellar, and let me just say, not only do they live up to those expectations, they far exceed them! Impact Auto handled the towing of my vehicle from Service King to their shop. They called me as soon as my vehicle arrived to let me know they would get started on the estimate. Bob went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met and remained in contact with me throughout the entire process. Russ contacted me as soon as my estimate was complete. In the end my vehicle was found to be a total loss and it was eventually sent to a salvage yard. The quality of work and customer service provided at Impact Auto cannot be matched. They insist on using quality parts to repair your vehicle as if it had just left the factory floor. They make it very clear, they work to satisfy the customer, not the insurance companies. Do not settle for anything but the best and take your vehicle here, you will not be disappointed. They have earned a customer for life! Thank you so much to the team at Impact Auto for putting the customer first!
