I recently attended a prospective grad student mixer here. The bartender was friendly, and drink prices were reasonable ($3.50 for a whiskey and ginger). This bar apparently allows carry-in food, which is a plus.
Quality is very spacious but it does seem like they could benefit from a few more tables. Our large group took up most of the main/entry room. With a party that large (20+ people), it got pretty difficult to hear, so if you're visiting while it's super busy or planning a social gathering here, you might keep that in mind.
