  • Upon arrival, we added our name to the list and sat down. There were maybe 5-6 parties in the waiting room. Now, this is also an occupational medicine facility meaning others may have been in the back with scheduled appointments. That said, they alerted us to a two-hour wait! No way! I am giving them 3 stars because they were kind enough to recommend an alternative facility. Other than the traffic, we were able to get the little one quick service at the alternate location. Had they not done this, I may have headed to an emergency room for a much longer wait.
