| - Horrible. Screen was cracked on my wife's iPhone 3 weeks ago. Took it to them and they fixed the screen. After getting it back my wife began complaining about not having service intermittently. Finally took it back today but I couldn't find the receipt. Their receipts are written on a cabin type paper so I figured they would have a copy. Went there and was I needed a receipt . After asking them kindly if they would look it up, the girl reluctantly said okay, it will take an hour and a half to find it.
Why the he'll would it take an hour and a half to find it when I told them that it was on a Friday, and it was three weeks ago? I'm already upset because the phone antenna was having no issues before I brought it in, and now it is not working, the last thing I needed was someone arguing with me about a receipt when they could easily find their copy, unless they're morons.
Meanwhile I was told by the technician that it probably needs a software update...as he is standing there with a huge smirk on his face.
Bottom line, they didn't take responsibility, showed no concern, and we're unprofessional.
I understand that customer can be idiots and they're not always right but when I come in and calmly explain that I was here with a different issue and now I have this issue, and don't need to be told that it will take 1.5 hours to find a receipt. Who would believe that it takes an hour and a half to find a receipt? I also understand that the antenna as well as the screen may have been broke when I originally brought it in, and that would have been fine if they would have told me that, just don't blow me off.
The store was completely empty so I have no idea why it would take 1.5 hours to find a receipt. I'll guess they don't like customers.
I went to their competition, the wireless doctor, and was told that the antenna needs to be replaced . I am happy to pay them to do it, rather than deal with the idiots at iPhone doctor.
