This is a review of their service department. I had a recall on my Cruze so I made an appointment to have it fixed. Knowing car dealerships I took the earliest appointment they had (7 A.M.) and showed up 5 minutes earlier. I was helped right away and told "our techs do not get in until 8." WHY WOULD YOU HAVE SEVICE APPOINTMENTS BEFORE THE TECHS ARE EVEN SUPPOSE TO BE THERE???!?!?? So I am told the recall is a quick fix and it will be done right after 8. I waited for 3 hours. At hour 2, I asked for my car back and they said they could not give it back at this point, but it still had not been serviced. This is ridiculous. Not only did I have an appointment but if they had been honest about the time, I would have left and come back for the car.
This is horrible customer service. I had to go to a dealer because it is a recall and this is how I am treated. This is why everyone hates taking their cars to a dealership!
