Another GREAT restaurant. From the cocktails, to the appetizers, the main course, and the after dinner drinks, this was one of the best dining experiences I've had. I ordered the Carne Adovada but substituted a green chili potato for the rice and beans, and it was uh-MAZING. My husband got the Pork Mole, and if I hadn't loved my dish so much, I would've traded him.
I only wish it wasn't such a drive, because their happy hour items look just as good as everything else I had. Next time I'm in town, Richardson's, I've got a hot date with you.
