  • Ilya, the owner, was very prompt to respond to my initial inquiry about my dishwasher tank not draining (leaving 1.5-2 inches of water at the bottom). He also accommodated with next day service, as I explained we are part time residents and we're only going to be here a week longer. All the other companies were 3, 4 and five days out and 39-50 per cent more expensive! Ilya accommodated us with a Saturday afternoon appointment with no surcharge for weekend service. Although he was 45 minutes late, he texted me well ahead of time to let me know. When I greeted him at the door his first question after introducing himself was "shoes on or off?". He explained the issue with my high end GE Profile dishwasher and what I personally can do to troubleshoot the next time. He seemed very knowledgeable, credible, honest and passionate about his work. I will give his business cards to my neighbors close by!
