Went in last night for dinner. I had the carne asada bone marrow and the 28 oz porterhouse. My waiter was Ari and he steered me in the right direction by answering questions and offering guidance. The mangers Kevin and Gino came up and checked on me. They were on the floor but in no way pushy which is a trademark of the management style of echo and rigg. Looking forward to going back next month.
